Welcome to WP Prism. By accessing https://wpprism.com/ or purchasing and installing our WordPress plugins, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Software License & Usage

All WordPress plugins published by WP Prism are subject to the GNU General Public License (GPLv2 or later). Premium plugins and add-on extensions are sold with commercial license keys administered via Freemius, entitling the licensee to updates, automated security patches, and dedicated customer support for the duration of the active subscription.

2. Subscriptions & Renewals

  • Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  • You may cancel recurring billing at any time via your Freemius account dashboard or by submitting a request to our support desk. Upon cancellation, your software will continue functioning, but access to new updates and support will conclude at the end of the paid term.

3. Refund Policy Reference

Commercial plugin purchases are backed by our 7-day refund policy as detailed in our Refund Policy. All approved refunds are partial refunds with non-recoverable payment gateway processing fees and applicable government taxes deducted.

4. Limitation of Liability

WP Prism software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. While we test all plugins against current WordPress and PHP standards, WP Prism shall not be liable for any damages, downtime, data loss, or server conflicts arising from the use or inability to use our software. Users are advised to test updates on staging environments prior to production deployment.

5. Support Policy

Dedicated technical support is provided to active license holders via our Support portal. Support encompasses plugin installation guidance, bug fixes, and core feature assistance. We do not provide custom third-party theme development or generic server administration.
