At WP Prism, we stand behind the quality, performance, and simplicity of our WordPress plugins. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase while maintaining clear and transparent terms for our digital software licenses.

1. 7-Day Refund Window

We provide a 7-day refund window on all new commercial plugin purchases and subscriptions. If you encounter a technical defect, bug, or compatibility issue that our support team is unable to resolve, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.

2. Deductions for Payment Gateway Fees & Applicable Taxes

Please note that all approved refunds are partial refunds subject to the following non-recoverable third-party deductions:

  • Payment Gateway Processing Fees: Payment processor transaction fees (such as credit card, Stripe, PayPal, or Freemius processing fees) incurred at checkout are non-refundable by the gateways and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Taxes: Any statutory government sales taxes, VAT, or digital services taxes remitted to tax authorities at the time of purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted.

3. Eligibility & Conditions

To request a refund, we ask that you:

  • Submit a ticket via our Support Desk describing the technical issue encountered.
  • Allow our support team an opportunity to review the issue and provide assistance or a patch.
  • Submit your request within 7 calendar days of the original transaction date.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Refund requests made after 7 days from the initial purchase date.
  • Annual or monthly subscription renewal charges where cancellation was not requested prior to the automated renewal date.
  • Inability to use the plugin due to third-party server requirements that fall outside our published minimum PHP and WordPress specifications.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please open a ticket via our Support Desk with your order ID and transaction receipt. Approved partial refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
