Enterprise Architecture

Engineered for Zero-Loss Reliability

Designed specifically to guarantee that your Fluent Forms data never gets lost, delayed, or compromised on its way to Office 365.

Direct Azure OAuth 2.0

Connect directly with your own Microsoft Azure Application ID and Secret. No middleman servers inspect or store your customer entries.

Zero-Delay Instant Sync

Bypasses delayed Action Scheduler queue intervals. Form entries sync straight to Microsoft Graph API the moment the user clicks submit.

Automated WP-Cron Retry Queue

If Microsoft Graph API is temporarily throttling or undergoing maintenance, entries are automatically queued and retried up to 3 times.

Multi-Sheet Tab Routing

Specify multiple comma-separated worksheets (e.g. Leads, Master_Archive) to automatically write rows to multiple tabs simultaneously.

Flexible Field-to-Column Mapping

Map standard, custom, or calculation fields directly to Excel table headers, or let the plugin automatically match headers by name.

Personal & Enterprise Accounts

Full support for OneDrive Personal accounts, Work or School (Office 365) accounts, Common Multi-Tenant, and Single Tenant setups.

Ditch the Monthly Zapier Bill

Stop paying escalating per-task fees just to move form entries into an Excel spreadsheet. A single WordPress plugin handles unlimited submissions forever.

Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about connecting Fluent Forms with Microsoft Excel Online.

Does it require a Microsoft Azure App Registration? +
Yes. To ensure complete privacy and data ownership, you create your own free Microsoft Azure App and generate your own Client ID and Client Secret. Your data transfers directly between your WordPress host and Microsoft Graph API without routing through third-party servers.
Does it work with personal OneDrive and Office 365 / SharePoint? +
Yes! The plugin supports personal Microsoft accounts (OneDrive), organizational accounts (Office 365 / SharePoint / Microsoft Teams), and single-tenant company directories.
Does my Excel spreadsheet need an Excel Table? +
Yes. The official Microsoft Graph API requires column headers to be formatted as an Excel Table (highlight headers and select Format as Table). The plugin will automatically detect the table and read its headers.
Can I send data to multiple worksheet tabs? +
Yes! You can enter multiple tab names separated by commas (e.g. Leads, MasterLog) in the Sheet Name field, and each submission will write a row to each tab.
What happens if Microsoft's Graph API is temporarily down? +
The plugin includes an automatic retry queue. If an API call fails due to Microsoft throttling or temporary server hiccups, it gets stored safely in your database and automatically retried up to 3 times via WP-Cron.
Does it support local physical Excel files (.xlsx) on my computer? +
No. This plugin is designed specifically for Microsoft Excel Cloud (Excel Online hosted on OneDrive or SharePoint). If you edit the file in your desktop Microsoft Office app via OneDrive AutoSave, you will see new form entries appear live on your desktop screen!
